It's been a while. Let me bring you up to speed.

• There's a new movie out about Anthony Weiner, and it's bringing that whole 2013 New York City campaign season back up again like bad sushi.

• Careful with that fax, Eugene: An Orthodox high school has filed seven (!!!) lawsuits over junk faxes.

• The Satmar rebbe is railing against a bill that would force yeshivas to follow the law and teach secular subjects. Moderate Jewish groups are staying strangely quiet on the issue.

• I did a little backgrounder on the guy who called Bill Kristol a "renegade Jew."

• Bill de Blasio has worked hard to make nice with the Orthodox. They still may not vote for him.
